Booking and Payment Terms

• Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your consultation slot
• Prices are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings honor the price at the time of reservation
• We accept major credit cards and direct bank transfers

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are subject to a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or alternative date will be offered

• Arrive prepared for consultations with requested documents and information

• Not record, reproduce, or distribute consultation content without written permission
